Shipping Delays Due to Covid-19

Due to Covid-19, we have been informed that there may be significant delays in shipping by both Sendle and Auspost. Although we expect delays to be an exception rather than the rule, if your parcel does take longer to arrive, we ask that you please be patient. Thank you.
No, Toy Igloo is an online only store.
Yes, all our products are genuine and officially licensed, factory sealed in their original retail packaging (with stickers of authenticity when applicable). We source all our products from official distributors in Australia and Japan.
We understand that Japan sell figures out of the boxes but we don't do that. Any figures we remove from the box for display or marketing purposes are never resold.
We do not sell fakes or bootlegs.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped out from our warehouse in Perth within 2 business days of payment received. We use both Auspost and Sendle to deliver our parcels.
The following is a guideline on estimated shipping times for parcels to reach their destination:

Please note, the above delivery times are guidelines only. Delivery times depend on how busy the courier service is at any one time. If you have a genuine concern about your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to followup.
Yes we do. Due to the varying costs of postage for international delivery, we ask that you please contact us via the Contact Us page or email us directly on [email protected] with the following information:
  • The products you are interested in purchasing.
  • The country and postcode you would like to ship the products to.
We will then find the cheapest and safest way to deliver the products to you and provide you with a quote to consider.
We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfer. If you would like to use a bank transfer, please email us first before placing the order.
Due to an increase in credit card fraud, we may ask that some orders be paid via PayPal or bank transfer. In such cases, we would refund the credit card on which the purchase was made and provide a PayPal invoice or bank transfer details for you to make the payment.
We stand by the quality of our products, and offer a 100% money back guarantee for major manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page for more details.
We offer the following shipping options:
  • FREE shipping on all orders over $150, Australia wide.
  • A simple $8 flat rate shipping fee Australia wide for all orders under $150.
  • An optional $3 extra for signature on delivery. This option can be selected at checkout.

We do not offer pickup services at this time.
All orders are shipped with standard shipping. If you would like express shipping or another type of shipping, then please contact us via the Contact Us page, or email us directly on [email protected] before you place your order.
Yes, as long as the product has not yet been shipped. If you would like to change the shipping addres, please do the following:
  1. Update your shipping address in the accounts page after you login.
  2. Contact us directly via email at [email protected] asap with the order number so we can amend the order.
Please note that changing your shipping address will only be reflected in future purchases and not purchases that have already been made.
We will be unable to change the address after the parcel has left the warehouse.
We are unable to reserve items without an order and full payment.
You may reserve new items that are not yet released via pre-order and we will ship them to you upon arrival. Please refer to our Pre-order Policy page for more details.
An item that is marked as "Out of Stock", means that future purchases for that product are no longer available. If you have already placed an order and paid for it, the item will be reserved for your order.
We offer refunds and returns only in certain circumstances. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy page for more details.

Pre-order

Pre-order products can be purchased and reserved ahead of the scheduled release date, and will be shipped out as soon as we receive the products in our warehouse.

Pre-order products will have a notice on the product page and the order button will say "Pre-order". Terms and conditions apply. Please refer to our Pre-order Policy page for more details.

Backorder

A Backorder product is a product that is not currently physically at our warehouse in Perth, but is either most probably still available from our distributors, or is currently on route to our warehouse. When a backorder is placed, we will ship the product to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse in Perth. For the most part, this means that the shipping of the product to you may take slightly longer than usual (few days more on average).

Backorder products will have a notice on the product page and the order button will say "Backorder". Terms and conditions apply. Please refer to our Backorder Policy page for more details.

Out of Stock

Out of Stock products are not in stock at our Perth warehouse. Most of our products are collectors items, so we do not expect to be able to restock Out of Stock products. (With manufacturer re-releases as an exception) So get quick if you see something you like.
