COVID-19 Update

Toy Igloo is still open for business as usual. We continue to pack every order with care and have implemented Covid-19 precautions such as social distancing, hand hygiene and use of face masks in the workplace. (Yes even though we haven't had any community transmission in WA)

Domestic Orders

Delivery services within Australia continue to operate as normal, however delivery may take longer than usual. Information regarding delays can be found here: Australia Post domestic delivery information

International Orders

International orders are also impacted and may be delayed due to Covid-19. Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays in all destinations due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. They are working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.

Estimations of delivery times are as follows:

  • Asia and New Zealand: 5-15 business days.
  • All other countries: 10-28 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ensure that every order is carefully packed so it is not damaged in transit. We often receive great feedback about how well and carefully our parcels are packed. All our parcels include tracking with the tracking number and respective courier sent to you when your order is shipped. All parcels are shipped via Auspost and Sendle from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Free Shipping

We offer Free shipping for orders over $150.

Standard Flat Rate Shipping

We charge a simple flat rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders under $150 and an extra $3 for signature on delivery. Selection can be made at checkout.

Please note that if signature on delivery is not selected as a shipping method, all our couriers will treat the parcel as an "Authority to Leave". This means that the courier will either:

  • Leave your parcel in a safe place at the destination premises if they deem it safe to do so.
  • If they do not think it's safe to leave the parcel, they will either leave a card with details on how you're able to pick up the parcel from your local post office or collection point.
  • Attempt redelivery at a later time/day.

International Shipping

Due to the varying costs of postage for international delivery, we ask that you please contact us via the Contact Us page, or alternatively email us directly on [email protected] with the following information:

  • The products you are interested in purchasing.
  • The country and postcode you would like to ship the products to.

We will then find the cheapest and safest way to deliver the products to you, and provide you with a quote to consider.

Dispatch

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2 business days of payment. All products are shipped from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

The following is a guideline on estimated shipping times for parcels to reach their destination:

Please note, the above delivery times are guidelines only. Delivery times depend on how busy the courier service is at any instance in time, and are usually busier during festive seasons such as Christmas, Easter and public holidays. If you have a genuine concern about your parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to follow up. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules so may also take longer than usual to arrive.

Insurance

If you have any concerns about the postal services in your area, we recommend that you contact us BEFORE you place your order to insure your parcel (at an additional cost). We strongly recommend you insure your item(s) if the total value is more than $100 AUD.

Toy Igloo will not be held responsible for parcels being lost or stolen in transit, and/or damaged while in transit once the parcel leaves our facility and given to the courier/Auspost.
